Honoring Pierre

Pierre’s life connected several communities. Many knew him through his leadership and mentorship in engineering—most notably through his work at Indigo and FLIR, where he led teams with clarity, integrity, and uncommon humanity.

At the heart of Pierre’s life was his family. He was a devoted family man and a patient, generous mentor and teacher to his children, nephews, and nieces—someone who took genuine joy in helping young people learn, grow, and find their own paths.

Others knew Pierre through tennis, where he was widely respected not only for his skill and competitive spirit, but for his sportsmanship, kindness, and the way he carried himself on and off the court.

Reflections

During the afternoon, we’ll share a small number of brief, pre-arranged reflections, along with plenty of time for conversation and connection.

Memory Table

We will have a memory table where guests are invited—if they wish—to place a small memento that reminds them of Pierre. This could be a photo, a note, something tennis-related, a work artifact, or any simple object that carries meaning. Please feel no obligation—your presence alone is what matters.

This celebration of life is being organized and hosted by friends of Pierre.
